Mark and I live on a small property near Gin Gin, Queensland. We have a passion for food. No matter what, it is always done to the best of our ability. After 10 years of trials with family and friends, we were happy to present our sauce to the public.
Our Worcestershire Sauce is rich and full of flavour. Like a good wine, every year in the cellar will improve and deepen its’ richness. Like any Worcestershire sauce, you can keep it in the cupboard for years, give it a shake, and it’s good to use. There are 4 strengths/heat: Mild, Original, Hot and Extra Hot.
